We are not in the software business and are just offering an affordable option for those who need more than a basic free plan from other providers. You can prepay in $50 increments and use it over a long period, potentially a year or more. We are still finalizing the details, but support is not included. A paid support option may be available in the future, or you may need to subscribe at the original source if you require support.
